My Review of Mel Hambelton Ford:
We have been to several dealerships and we have never came across a dealership that was so willing to help us out. Us being from Hutchinson were brought vechicles to our likings from Mel Hambelton Ford and if the vehicle didn't meet our standards than they would bring us another one, this is something that we have never encountered before. They did there best to find the best fuel ecomony vechicle suitable for my family, which they did. And we cannot thank them enough for getting us out of our Yukon and into our 2012 Ford escape limited that will now turn us right side up. Between having a fun sporty vechicle and saving money why you would be stupid to shop anywhere else. We are completely satisfied and will look to them for any future needs.

Thanks again to Mark Rank for providing such great service and hospitality. Your dealership should be proud to have such a caring individual to be apart of their work staff.

I went to get service for my 2010 Mustang and looking for an Explorer for my Wife, the experience with the service and the trade in and buying service was excellent. I end up with the Explorer and a New Mustang.

My Review of Mel Hambelton Ford:
My family purchased 2 vehicles from Mir in a month time frame. Great service and he was extremely helpful, and was willing to work to get both of my children into the vehicles that they wanted. My next purchase of a Ford will be with Mir and Mel Hambleton Ford. After being treated like poo poo at Rusty Eck, I will never buy a vehicle from them. The best choice I ever made was the phone call to Mir from the Rusty Eck Salesfloor, and the drive across town!!! We are a Ford family, and will continue to be one! I have and will continue to do so, reccomend my salesman Mir to everyone that asks. Thank you for showing us what true caring concerned salespeople you have at Mel Hambleton Ford... and I look forward to doing buisness with you and Mir in the future!

My Review of Mel Hambelton Ford:
Bought a NEW 2006 F150 and @ 12,000 miles front end shook when applying brakes,took it in they turned the rotors and that lasted another 10,000 miles before it started the shake again...brought it back and they replaced the rotors and it lasted 14,000 miles and AGAIN it started to shake when brakes were applied...brought it back and they REFUSED to take care of the problem because they said it was out of their warranty!
Checked it out and wanted to charge me $550.00..this was on ongoing problem and I feel they should have found out AT NO CHARGE and repaired the problem,,rotors are $180.00 a peice and I do not know ANYONE that has to replace them EVERY year...this dealer knows their was a problem and blew me off!
I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!

My Review of Mel Hambelton Ford:
My poor 87 year old uncle went to this place to have his car serviced as he has done for many, many years. No more. That is a moot point because they talked him into a brand new car (after ALOT of resistance from him) he folded. Now he is an ancient old man, with little income and a brand new car that he probably will not drive much longer because of his health being on the decline (he walks with a walker for God's sake). Thank you Kareem Whatever for being the scum that you are. You are who give car salesmen a bad name.

Jon called me at work and offered to make us a deal for our 2009 Fusion and help us get a 2012 Fusion. We made an appointment with him and found him to be very friendly and patient in helping us pick out a new car. There was no pressure and he seemed genuinely concerned for our wishes and making the best offer he could. We are happy with the car and the service. We give him an A for effort and courtesy.
