She explained all of the features on my vehicle & answered all of my questions. The available options to add, my payment options, all of the papers, & details of the sale were well discussed during the financing. The whole process was very easy, from the start of looking at vehicles to driving away with my new vehicle. The wait areas in the service department are the best I have ever seen. We have a 9 month old with very complex medical needs. He's been in the hospital since October and we almost lost him several times. He's still on life support (ventilator) but should be coming home in the next month or so. He will have lots and lots of medical equipment to make this happen, so we decided to purchase an Odyssey to help us transport him. Having such a great experience at this dealership means the world to us because it's one less thing to worry about during such a stressful time for our family. More

Especially John and Brad each of whom went through signing papers with us ! We had tried Honda Frontanc first and sat for 45 minutes with not a single person acknowledging us aside from one guy who kept saying someone would be right with us .... no good ! Our sales rep Rob was friendly, easy to work with, and seemed to have our best interest in mind. My parents have bought multiple cars from him as well. We got a great trade-in value for my old Civic, and Rob got us a price we liked without need to haggle. He made sure we were getting the car we wanted, not just what was currently available (which was a lot). Our finance rep John listened to our needs and didn't try to push extras that did not apply. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, and appreciative of our business. I would highly recommend Mungenast to anyone. More
