This sales experience stated at 1 am as I decided to replace my 2016 F-150 Supercrew. Upon finding out my payoff in the morning I went online and asked for information and an employee price on both a Fo replace my 2016 F-150 Supercrew. Of the four dealerships that responded it was Castle Subaru who we went in person to make the deal. It really started with the phone call from Lisa who did a great job getting down to what I wanted in a car. With limited time she quickly arranged for a meeting with Dave who then set us up to talk with Reese. All of which was done with out making us feel like a number. Reese and Dave answered all of our questions and quickly swapped vehicles when I asked to take the Onyx Outback out first and not the one that Lisa had set up for us. From valuing my trade in to honoring my employee discount the team did a great job. Dave in finance put the icing on the deal and we were able to drive home in our 22nd car of our 36 year marriage. Keeping the 22 car purchases in mind and the team at Castle Subaru joined the list as one of the vehicles we have owned they hit the list as one of the most memorable dealerships. The team from Lisa with her bubbly personality over the phone all the way through Dave in Finance with his direct and trustworthy approach. This team made the drive of over 2 hours worth every second of that drive. More

Great! Castle Subaru is very nice and clean. It is definitely friendly and lots of space to relax while waiting for your vehicle's service. The only proble Castle Subaru is very nice and clean. Our salesperson, Jon Turpa, was the glue that held us at the Portage Subaru dealership. He took every extra step he had to take to make our experience pleasant. Not having the car we wanted in their inventory, he went hunting for what we wanted at other dealers and found one in the Chicago area. If it were not for the fact that we are in the "prime" of our lives, we would certainly return to the Portage, Indiana Subaru dealership to purchase once again. More
