I'm still at a loss for words since driving away from the dealership last weekend. After being in an accident with a commercial truck, I was shaken and shocked that my 2019 Impreza was declared a total loss. dealership last weekend. In spite of that, Lance Sullivan made what could have been a stressful ordeal into a seamless and genuinely pleasant experience. Lance had already done his research and was prepared with options that fit my budget. Even the financing process with Jon Bookstein was painless. I can't say enough wonderful things about the service I received and will continue to recommend Heritage Subaru Catonsville to loved ones and friends! More

We are moving into the Catonsville area so I asked Perplexity.ai for the best rated Subaru dealership there. Heritage was the answer. My sister also echoed their recommendations. May Farris promptly answered my online quote request and negotiated a very favorable deal on our behalf. They had the trim we wanted and we happily drove home, having traded in our 2014 Outback Limited XT for a 2025 model. How technology has advanced!!! Heritage and May have been SUPER responsive to several questions I’ve had since then and we look forward to many years of service with them. More

I bought a new outback from heritage Subaru some years back. I worked with my same salesman who was able to work with me on a Mazda. Pretty convenient having the dealers brands next to each other.
