My father and I were immediately impressed with Mercedes-Benz of Cary and Alex, providing us a perfect atmosphere for buying a car. Alex is knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz models, trim levels, specs, and features. Alex allowed us the essential time to test drive the vehicle, compare models and trim levels, and time to decide. After the purchase of the vehicle, Alex spent the time with my father to provide a full demonstration of all of the interior features, linking the phone bluetooth, function of the convertible top, etc. Alex was very passionate about cars and very determined to make sure of an impeccable buying experience; he also encouraged more value for the trade-in. I would highly recommend Alex Ward and Mercedes-Benz of Cary to anyone, they were very honest and honorable. Also, a “shout out” to Neil Chance for assisting in our great experience. In actuality, I took my 16 GLC 300 Designo in for service. Our Service Adviser, Heidi is absolutely the best & is also extremely knowledgeable with service pertaining to MB. However, I left in a newly purchased GLE 350, with Jonathan Glass assisting in the Finance Dept. He was quick, but thorough in all areas of MB Financial. We have owned 10 MB, but as previously stated, have purchased 7 from MB of Cary over the past 9-10 years! Very good experience Short story, I was looking at a CLS 400 at Leith AF, that didn't work out for me. Then I found a CPO E350 at the Cary location. The staff offered to Short story, I was looking at a CLS 400 at Leith AF, that didn't work out for me. Then I found a CPO E350 at the Cary location. The staff offered to have the car moved to AF so I could look at it but purchasing the car from AF would negate the CPO. So the car had to be delivered back to the Cary store. That was a little delay there. Getting to Cary is a bit of an inconvenience but I made it work because I was very interested in that particular E350. After a few issues were cleared up on the car we were able to move forward with the purchase. This is my THIRD E350 from Leith. My sales guy in the Cary store was awesome. Thank you Rakesh for taking care of me.. And a shout out to the Leith AF team on Capital, Clare, Jack, Stephen and Charles. They were all so very friendly and great to work with. More
