Took It Ba On The Following Saturday March 21st. Took To Dealer To Have New Battery Installed, Then On Monday Morning March 23rd It Broke Down Again. Took It Back To Dealer. They Put Me In A Loaner. The Loaner Is A Terrin With Has Little Cargo Space And No Tow Package. I Go To Get Tools Out Of It And It's Not Even In The Shop It's In The Lot Boxed In Like It's On The Back Burner. They Finally Tell Me They Will But Me Another Acaida Loaner. I Get Told They Are Out Of Loaners. I Buy A New Car I Get To Drive It For 5 Days, And Now It's Been At Dealer For A Week Now. Unsatisfied, Disappointed,Frustrated, xxxx Off Customer. More

My Experience in sales was excellent, sales team worked hard for a deal. GM has some issues to work out with transmission issues. Not making the issues a recall because thousands and thousands of GMC Canyo hard for a deal. GM has some issues to work out with transmission issues. Not making the issues a recall because thousands and thousands of GMC Canyon have Shudder/ torque converter/transmission/Active Fuel management issues. If they solved that issue they would have very happy customers and a bulletproof truck and would get more high ratings. Overall my experience was positive! More
