I ended up buying a new RAM truck at a good price and couldn't be happier with my buying experience! In fact I was telling my buddy about my new truck and purchasing experience so he headed up to Key RAM of Portsmouth and also purchased a new RAM several days later!! It was a typical sales experience until JJ came over to the desk to talk with me instead of the back and forth. I feel I need to say I was on the phone with insurance for a bit and it made Robert Kempf mor the desk to talk with me instead of the back and forth. I feel I need to say I was on the phone with insurance for a bit and it made Robert Kempf more and more anxious even saying things like "this is NOT good" which made me more nervous as the morning progressed. I was also told that they could go get the plates for me, but did not inform me that it would take 4 days for them to have someone to do it so I did it myself. I wouldn't have been at this specific dealer if they didn't happen to have the Subaru I wanted. All in all my experience was good More

Additionally, Bob was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing, and he gave me a continuous boost of confidence when I took the test drive with a manual transmission (I hadn't driven a stick shift in 30 years).
