I recently purchased a used CR-V Hybrid. After purchase, I detected a malfunction in the Honda Sense system. As soon as I informed Curtiss Tyan of this issue, they immediately corrected the problem, and made every effort to reduce the inconvenience to me. They expedited repairs and made a courtesy vehicle available the same day. I really appreciate the effort they made to put me back on the road--in a car I really like! More
