Mark Bagnall I brought my car into the dealer for service and Johnathan Valdez assisted me. I did not have an appointment and was still offered a loaner car. I told him that I didn't need one and he said they will take care of my issue right away. I really liked how Johnathan explained what the tech saw when he evaluated my issue and gave me his contact information if I had anything further. I had an issue but it was taken care of by Johnathan Valdez I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first t I initially came in for some service a couple of months ago but had some problems later that needed to be fixed since it wasn't done right the first time. The silver lining was Johnathan Valdez---he was my customer service guy a couple years ago and this time he again was able to get me out of my fix. He made sure I got a master technician to fix the work that wasn't done well the first time. Johnathan well above and beyond as much as he possibly could to ensure I was comfortable with the process. He is a model example for customer service everywhere. More

Johnathan, paid full attention to the car problems, offered great suggestions and explored all options available for minimizing costs while making sure the company still makes enough profit. Going a step further regarding clarifications, different opinions and service suggestions from a professional standpoint, Johnathan was able to arrange a meeting with the actual Mechanic who worked on my car. To sum-up, " Johnathan was a class act". More
