Jordan LaFranca did an awesome job with us. We are very excited about our 2020 Toyota Highlander. It’s perfect for traveling with our family. The sales manager seemed mostly disconnected plus the owner walked by and didn't acknowledge our presence even though, at the time, we were the only customers at the dealership. Having been a sales manager, not related to this type of business, I tend to notice the attention received from mid and upper management. The one bright spot, however, was the attention and professionalism my wife and I received from our salesperson, Jordan LaFranca. Jordan clearly had our best interest at heart. Without presenting a hard sell approach, Jordan was a valuable resource, picking a car and color to meet our taste and budget. As a result, we ended up purchasing this very automobile. After our purchase, Jordan meticulously educated us on all the features our new car offered. When you're serious about purchasing a new or used Toyota from Toyota of Midland, ask to speak to Jordan. By the way, I am not related to Jordan nor a friend, having never met him prior to my visit. I'm just a satisfied customer. More
