Called around 11AM on Friday to order parts for my truck. Parts guy guaranteed they’d be here between 7:30AM-8AM on Saturday. I didn’t think to check the parts departments hours because he GUARANTEED they wo Parts guy guaranteed they’d be here between 7:30AM-8AM on Saturday. I didn’t think to check the parts departments hours because he GUARANTEED they would be coming in. Called Saturday around 8:30AM to find out that the parts department was closed. Sales guy I talked to did try to find the parts by calling the service guy and I apologize to him for my attitude. But I am now stuck another 2 days over 2 hours from home because Molsteads parts guys can’t get out bed without hurting themselves. More
