Jordan made the car buying experience extremely easy and problem free. The day that I picked up my new car Jordan took several hours to explain everything to me. He went over every detail from how the seats fold down to the advanced tech that comes with the new Fords. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jordan put all of the incentives, trade in options, leasing verses buying etc. on the table right from the get go. My wife and I were able to consider our options clearly knowing what our best avenue was with confidence. Jordan was so nice, so pleasant, he made our car buying experience an absolute pleasure. We would highly recommend Jordan and Hassett Ford to anyone interested in buying a new Ford. More

I typica I have to say the experience I had with Marc Zergebel the GM, and Jordan Shein the sales rep was nothing short of seamless and professional. I typically avoid car dealerships, b/c of the salesy type atmosphere, and take over leases on websites like Leasetrader, but Hassett Ford was outstanding. I had spent the morning at a local GMC/Chevy dealer and it was like pulling teeth, I was there for 2.5 hours. I had a unique situation with a Dodge RAM coming off lease that was WAY over the allotted miles. Marc and Jordan did the math, and got me the deal I wanted. They located the car in upstate NY, and had it brought down and delivered to me in 3 days. Can't ask for anything better than that. 5 star dealership, 5 star people. More
