My overall experience with this dealership was not positive, but my experience with some individuals was great. I ordered a car in July 2023 and literally never received updates. I would call periodic positive, but my experience with some individuals was great. I ordered a car in July 2023 and literally never received updates. I would call periodically and sometimes the person I was working with would pick up and look at the status, but many times I’d be told I’d get a call back that never came. 3 months go by and I ask if the car is ever coming. I’m told it will. However, the electric vehicle credit I was hoping to access was close to expiring so I needed the car soon. They said they could save one on the lot for me… but that one was quite a bit more expensive than what I ordered. And I had to get it soon or they’d sell it to someone else. All in all, not a great experience. At the end of it all, the dealer did knock off a bit of the price and throw in a few things, but only after many calls to bosses and managers and the whole slew. It was not the best experience, but I do recognize that the manufacturer is separate from the dealer & 2 months into this, there was a strike. With that said, I think better communication would have been great especially since I found out that the car I ordered may never come since that model isn’t coming back in the new year. More

I would give zero to them. When I asked a car, sales Abed told me a price and keep calling me to come buy the car. Then the car disappeared online, I called, they said the car’s not ready and it’s waiting for parts. Then the car showed online again, I called , them they said it’s waiting for parts and might be ready next Wednesday. But the same day Abed called me said: oh it’s ready, come to see me. When I come, they said it’s ready and not waiting for parts, Abed printed out a paperwork which added $2000 before tax. Finally, I accepted it. But right after I paid in full, I saw a small crack on the windshield glass, I come back they refused to replace it but would fix it, and manager Daniel Medina asked me to wait for him then he brought a lot of paperwork to ask me to sign, saying the car was fully inspected and I signed. Then scheduled next Tuesday to fix the glass, asked me not wash the windshield glass. After it’s fixed, I left washed my car but saw so many dings on the windshield glass not only the crack, but when you come to show them the dings they gave you an really bad attitude refused to do anything about it. More

I canceled my Blazer EV reservation 6 weeks ago and it says I will receive a refund within 7 business days. I have not received my refund yet. I’ve called the dealership twice and they keep transferring m says I will receive a refund within 7 business days. I have not received my refund yet. I’ve called the dealership twice and they keep transferring me and no one knows what to do. I’ve contacted EV concierge for Chevy three times and they also said the dealership has not responded yet. This is ridiculous it takes this long to refund my refundable deposit. Will NEVER do business with Penske again horrible, horrible experience! More

Took my Silverado in for its usual maintenance. When I handed over my truck to be serviced I got it back dirty on the inside. The drivers side floor mat had a big grease shoe print on the floor mat When I handed over my truck to be serviced I got it back dirty on the inside. The drivers side floor mat had a big grease shoe print on the floor mat and the right side bumper had leak marks on it from whatever the mechanic was servincing. His is careless and I ended up having to clean up behind the mechanic, no floor mat protector was ever put in place. I keep my truck in great condition I don't need it screwed up by a lazy careless mechanic. More
