I brought my van in for issues with the door sensor. Jorge helped get us into the RAM cargo van that we really wanted. He was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Finance was a little pushy about an extended warranty but that's fairly typical from our exp wanted. He was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
