Could not have been more easy!!! I picked Mazda of Clear Lake simply because it was where the car I wanted was and I could not have landed at a better dealership! Living in Austin wi I picked Mazda of Clear Lake simply because it was where the car I wanted was and I could not have landed at a better dealership! Living in Austin without a car and buying a car in Webster was obviously going to be a bit more of a hassle. Kenneth immediately became of assistance and because of my work schedule (keeping me from being able to talk during business hours) he assisted me via text mainly which was highly convenient for me. He helped make sure the car I wanted did not go anywhere and held onto it for me as long as possible as I was not able to get down to Webster immediately. I was able to obtain a rather small deposit for a car ($1,000) and he assisted me in completing the transaction via phone. The day I was set to arrive in Webster to purchase the car they were aware I needed to be in-and-out as I had to return to Austin for work that day. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and polite and worked together to get me out of there ASAP. Truly could not have been more simple. Thank you all!! More

Used car purchase made easy We just purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Mazda 2 from Mazda of Clear Lake and couldn't be happier with our experience. We found the car online and made the appointment to come in and look at it. This dealership is fantastic...they offer free oil changes for the life of the vehicle, which is a great deal! Chris Danzell was very easy to work with and made sure that the small things were taken care of like missing tire valve stem caps and fourth floor mat. Jorge Galvan worked to get us a really good interest rate for the purchase and was easy to work with. Even Matt Kinard in Finance was great to work with. We even got a great deal on coverage for repairs on the car not covered under the standard warranties. I didn't rate the quality of work since we haven't had any car work done. We're going to be bringing our vehicle back in next week so they can take care of a few cosmetic issues with the paint, but I anticipate from our purchase experience we won't be disappointed with the service provided at that time. More

Gerson Pagoago was a very genuine person, he did not put any pressure on me to buy, he wanted to make sure that he could give me what it was I was looking for and what I could afford to pay. I would definitely recommend him to you if you are looking to buy a Mazda. And that in it self has totally blown me away I never thought of having a Mazda and it is so smooth of a ride and very comfortable. Mazda should be embarrassed by this dealership! We were interested in a Mazda RX8 listed at this dealership that we saw online. It had a glowing write up stating it was MAZDA CERTIFIED VEHICLE!!!.....LOW interested in a Mazda RX8 listed at this dealership that we saw online. It had a glowing write up stating it was MAZDA CERTIFIED VEHICLE!!!.....LOW MILES.....GARAGE KEPT!!!.....NON-SMOKER......CLEAN CARFAX REPORT!!!! When we went to see it had horizontal crack 2/3 across the windshield, all 4 tire rims had serious curb damage, there was sun spots all over the roof and sides, numerous little dents on sides and fenders, front hood and front grill still had damage from being backed into, moldings had been removed from around air vents, moldings had been ripped out of each of the front seats. Worst was when we drove it and were stopped at an idle there was a horrible knocking noise coming from the drive-train under the stick. None of these flaws were shown on the pictures, or on the Carfax and somehow was missed by the dealership. When we showed it to the salesman, he repeatedly said the dealership did not know about all these flaws. HOW?? It took us 5 mins to see all of them and one test drive to hear the knocking. !! How would these have been missed in the Mazda Certified Pre-Owned “150-point inspection/reconditioning” done on the car as they stated in the listing?? Because they don’t do as they say!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online and contacted Chris Danzell. My time was very limited and I was coming from a distance to actually look at the vehicle. At the time, the vehicle was still in detail and no pics were available online yet. Chris took pictures from his personal phone and sent them to me. When I decided to visit the dealership, again pressed for time, Chris had the vehicle running and waiting for me. He understood that I was pressed for time and did everything to expedite the process. Chris and his manager addressed each and every concern and problem I had. The only reason I can not give the dealership a higher rating is due to the issues I had with the service department after I purchased the vehicle and there were some items that were being done afterward. Other than that, I recommend Chris and this dealership. Thanks again Chris and Jorge!!!!!! More

I have been searching for a new vehicle online - so I could look at multiple makes/models etc. and review every safety record and test I could find. When I found the models I was most interested in I started the specific search...and found the Mazda of ClearLake site. Through the online system I was thankfully connected to Matt Kinard. We communicated through email and by phone then I went and met him in person to look at several vehicles. He was willing to answer any questions I had, didn't mind taking me on quite a bit of a test drive, and was so friendly and helpful. I found him quite accomodating and not pushy! Yes, I am a woman who was trying to do all the searching and buying on my own. His manager Jorge was helpful as well and willing to let me take the car, if I wanted to, to meet with my husband who was unable to shop with me when I came to really check out the cars. This went on for several days and I kept sending Matt questions and he always sent me information, internet pricing deals, more files on other cars, etc. I felt he understands true customer service and is a caring and dedicated person who tries to understand needs and meet those needs as best as possible. The dealership gave me a very fair trade-in amount for my SUV and I decided on a great new little SUV thanks to Matt and his hard work. I would recommend anyone to visit with Matt for a new Mazda or even a pre-loved vehicle on their lot. Heck, and my purchase includes lifetime oil changes, so I cannot knock that! :) More
