I'm pretty sure the service was done correctly, but when I was notified that the car was ready, the price for the service was 5$ more than the coupon price that brought me in. The service writer fixed it by I was notified that the car was ready, the price for the service was 5$ more than the coupon price that brought me in. The service writer fixed it by hand, not on the receipt. Not a big deal. But when I went to pay, I was informed that I would be upcharged for the use of my credit card. Maybe to make up for the reduced coupon cost? But I could pay with a debit card if I wanted to. If I had been informed up front about this extra, unpublished cost I would have been prepared. But I don't carry a debit card unless I need to. When I protested that I didn't know ahead of time about the additional charge I might have been prepared. Or I might have figured that it's BS for a big business to pass on a credit card cost by surprise. You'd think they'd just build it into the price. More

JuanCarlos Garcia was our sales person who didn't put any pressure on us, answered all of our questions, was courteous and polite.
