I sent an enquiry on Sunday, and by Monday in the morning got an answer. Was going to see another truck, but the dealer kept moving the dates. So I spoke with Matthew and it was an excellent choice. It was long process (we stayed there for almost four hours) but the process went seamlessly. There was no back and forth, it was straight to the point and no bs whatsoever. Highly recommended. More

I’ve purchased over 15 vehicles in the last 10 years and this was hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were lied to multiple times about the vehicle being ready, the paperwork being ready, etc this was hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were lied to multiple times about the vehicle being ready, the paperwork being ready, etc. Now, 32 days after the deal was done, my trade-in has still not been paid off, I don’t have the title for my new vehicle I purchased, so I can’t get the tag for it either. I’ve called 7-8 times over the last 2-3 weeks checking in on this paperwork/payoff and have not had one person call me back regarding the issue. More
