Horrible! Couldn’t make an appointment for two weeks due to the AI system glitches, finally dropped the car and did not get an answer for 3 days due to the fac Couldn’t make an appointment for two weeks due to the AI system glitches, finally dropped the car and did not get an answer for 3 days due to the fact that “qualified personnel” was out. Long story told I had to take the car out and take it somewhere else and guess what car was fixed same day. Why take it to the dealership? A truly disappointing and costly experience. NEVER AGAIN.
