I was screwed to the tune of $20,000.00 by your two salespeople, Jose Amaya and Richard Wilson ! They voided my Capital one finance,without my knowledge ( 827 ) and replaced it with Toyota Finance salespeople, Jose Amaya and Richard Wilson ! They voided my Capital one finance,without my knowledge ( 827 ) and replaced it with Toyota Finance at 5.74% and Gs-adminmaint. Tire ,&breakdown totaling $9,417.09 ! They tricked me into this fraudulent contract never saw it before I was told to drive- ,when I saw the contract is having left the parking area ad when I tried to return the vehicle the manager refused to take it back! He then lied said to me I would take 30- days? All letters,phonecalls , ignored ! This $33,249.00 is costing me $53,829.88 at 5.74% 611.07 per monthly payments ??? More

Worst service I've had in years. If you setup an appointment during the lunch break, Try really hard not to over book. I have bought two Toyota's from you and I have had you service If you setup an appointment during the lunch break, Try really hard not to over book. I have bought two Toyota's from you and I have had you service all of them for about 12 to 15 years. I believe this was the first time I had to wait 3 hours for my car to be serviced. My appointment was for 1PM, I arrived about 12:50 PM . At 2:30, I went to the guy's to find out how much longer. They called the service area and found out they were just then beginning the service on my car (an hour and 40 minutes AFTER I got there). They finished about an hour later. I don't ever remember it ever taking nearly three hours for service before. I said I would recommend you, but not as highly as I use to. More

Making the appt is easy,. staff attends quickly upon arrival and then the intake conversation with the Service person is also easy. The wait time has been minimal and is a comfortable environment.
