While I’m very happy with the vehicle itself, I was disappointed in the overall service experience at this dealership. As someone who has purchased many vehicles, including from non-luxury brands. I expected more from a Cadillac dealership, especially considering the prestige and reputation the brand carries. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to those expectations. At times, I felt like I was bothering both the salesman and the finance director. There was a noticeable lack of attentiveness and care throughout the process. When it came time to contact my insurance company, my salesman seemed more focused on socializing on his phone and with coworkers than assisting me. Eventually, I was left to handle everything myself, which was surprising for a luxury dealership. The overall service felt rushed and impersonal, far below the standard I’ve received from other dealerships, including ones representing more affordable brands. Cadillac is a luxury name, and the experience at this location simply didn’t reflect that. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the level of service provided at Williamson Cadillac on 104 and US-1 moving forward. The vehicles are outstanding, now the service needs to match. More
