March 5, 2024 bought a new (loaner) vehicle from Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat Sales guy was @Jose Uriel Flores Morales. We asked if anything was wrong with the truck he told us NO!! Oh yes there i Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat Sales guy was @Jose Uriel Flores Morales. We asked if anything was wrong with the truck he told us NO!! Oh yes there is the Bumper & hood have bare spots all over. It was raining that day (should have never bought from this dodge dealer anyway because they have got us in the past) Fast forward 2 days March 7 had Perma Plate Ceramic put on we noticed then that the bumper & hood was missing good bits of paint. Took back for Jose to take pictures & tell us someone would call, waited a week nothing. Went back & spoke with @Bryan Popp the Sales Manager who told us he would see if the body guy could fix it If not they would send to BODY SHOP.. Waited week & a half & nothing from Bryan. Go back AGAIN someone else takes pictures & tells us that Bryan Popp is No longer there He had been FIRED. So I decided I need to go to General Manager, called was on hold 30 minutes was told then he must be in a meeting so once again head out to Columbia Chrysler Dodge to speak to Eric Collier. WELL IT'S THURSDAY & HE & Germaine Williams are BOTH OFF so we would need to come back today. I took it up there at 9 am & waited for a sales guy to come out & tell me that the guy that was fixing it would be there at 2pm. I get there at 2pm to be told they hadn't seen him but they would get me a loaner. WOW I HAD TO SIGN PAPERS THAT I AGREED TO NOT SMOKE IN THE VEHICLE & IF I DAMAGED THE BODY YES THE BODY OF THE CAR IF MY INSURANCE DIDN'T PAY FOR IT I AGREED TO PAY FOR IT.. I DROVE THE CAR AROUND THE BUILDING AS I AM THINKING YOU SOLD ME A VEHICLE IN THE RAIN THAT THE PAINT IS GONE GONE & YOU WANT ME TO PAY TO FIX YOUR CAR IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. I TOOK IT BACK & WAITED MAYBE 30 MINUTES FOR THE TRUCK..YES I WAS TO FIX THEIR CAR BUT THEY COULD SELL ME ONE DAMAGED.. I STEPPED INSIDE TO ASK GERMAINE WILLIAMS TO COME LOOK AT THE TRUCK.. THIS IS WHAT HE SAID GERMAINE DID YOU KNOW IT WAS A LOANER? ME, YES GERMAINE THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN.. ME SO ANOTHER WORDS WE BOUGHT IT WE ARE STUCK WITH IT & YA'LL HAVE F--KED US TWICE NOW... HERE IS WHAT I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW: COLUMBIA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT ONLY WANTS YOU TO MAKE A PURCHASE AFTER THAT YOU'RE GARBAGE!! JOSE IS A LIAR!! YES I SAID IT.. ALL THIS TIME HE HASN'T SPOKE TO US UNTIL TODAY WHEN HE SAID MRS. BEE I DIDNT WANT TO HEAR MY NAME COME OUT HIS MOUTH.. WE HAVE A BRAND NEW ACCORDING TO OUR PAPERWORK & PRICE BUT TO LOOK AT THE TRUCK NO ITS NOT ITS USED VERY VERY USED!!!!! I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER xxxx CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP AS SOON AS I CAN GET RID OF THIS ONE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM COLUMBIA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP FIAT!!! wish i could leave negative stars. ...found truck online...i live almost an hour from dealership so i emailed offer for truck...offer accepted...drive to dealership..test drove and agre ...found truck online...i live almost an hour from dealership so i emailed offer for truck...offer accepted...drive to dealership..test drove and agreed to buy truck...time to sign paperwork and salesman says he can't sell me truck for agreed price and tried to jack me for another $3800.00...classic bait and switch scam...Stay away from these scammers!!! Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership because of this guy. He offered me $13k on a trade and when I got to the dealership he took it down to $11k. So absolute trash of an offer by this bozo. Then he wouldn’t honor the price of the vehicle that it was listed for online. So I did business with a dealership 8 hours away when these idiots were 5 minutes from me. Do not EVER buy ANYTHING from here, be warned. You can do much better elsewhere. Trust me. I got all of $16k and more... More

What a nightmare! Purchased RAM 1500 on 8/28/19: I originally heard about the dealership from a friend who’s son works there. I reached out to him about a truck I saw on their website. My first contact with him was on his day off, but was still quick to help me, at first. He asked if he could get back with me the next day, which I was fine with. The next day I didn’t hear back from him so I asked him if he heard anything yet. He said, “not yet, I’ll find out for you tomorrow”. The next day I still didn’t hear back from him so I asked again. No response. Since he wasn’t responding in a timely manner, I reached out about the truck through the website. I didn’t want the truck to sell before I got a chance to look at it. Afterwards, I sent the original guy a message saying I reached out through the website since he wasn’t responding in a timely manner, but thanks for the help anyways. Same day as website inquiry, another sales guy called me, where we were able to negotiate the price of the truck over the phone. We agreed on price so I drove down with my kids to test drive and hopefully purchase the truck. I was greeted by someone as I pulled in, who went to grab the sales associate I’d been working with. After being pushed off to another sales guy for the first 30 mins, my sales guy shows for trade in negotiations. I knew the value of my trade because I had it appraised at 3 different dealerships. I also knew you don’t always get what you want out of your trade so there might be some haggling. They started with an offer of $3000 below trade in value. I about lost my mind, but remained calm and said no. They came back at $2500 less than trade in, then $2000. I finally said, let’s stop all the back and forth and make a deal at $1000 less, or I’m going to have to walk away. He asked his manager, then brought my keys back to leave. I was stunned they didn’t want to close the deal. My guess is they wanted to make up for the small gain on the truck by ripping me off on my trade. The back and forth was excruciating, not because I can’t or don’t feel comfortable negotiating, but because the sales guy was so rude and high pressure it was ridiculous. The next morning, I sent the sales guy a message saying I really wanted the truck and please accept the offer, he said “no deal”. That afternoon he messaged me saying they would do it. I guess they had a slow day? I told him we had a deal and I’d be over right after work to sign the paperwork. I sent my DL and insurance card to him so he could have the paperwork ready when I got there because I would have my kids. When I was 20 minutes away, my fuel light turned on so I stopped and filled up on gas. I sent a picture of the gas receipt to my sales guy with a note that said “I filled up the trade, please fill up the truck”. It was $46. I get to the dealership and everyone is excited, including my kids. I signed some preliminary paperwork and took the kids to play with their toys. I waited at least 45 minutes before getting called back to do the paperwork (even after being proactive about it). I finally get called back for paperwork, where they added a $598 doc fee that I was never told about; however, I knew that most dealerships charge such a fee, so I quickly got over it. I signed the paperwork and was feeling really good and excited, even after feeling tortured up to this point. I mean, I just purchased the truck on my dreams, who wouldn’t be excited? I get the kids situated in their car seats and get in too. When I started the truck I looked at the fuel gauge and it had less than 3/4 of a tank of gas. I asked the kids to hang tight for a minute, and went to speak to the sales guy. I pulled him to the side to not make a scene and confronted him about it. He said “why’d you fill up your trade in?” Hmmm, because that’s good etiquette and good business. “Well they said they aren’t doing it, you shouldn’t have filled it up”. Are you kidding me? So my last interaction with him was walking away in anger. If you want to have a positive car buying experience, I do not recommend going here. It’s a nightmare. More

Great Experience We would like to thank everyone at Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat for the great experience on October 24, 2018 when we purchased a 2018 Chrysle We would like to thank everyone at Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat for the great experience on October 24, 2018 when we purchased a 2018 Chrysler 300S from them. We had been dealing with our local Chrysler dealer for the last 13 years, purchasing approximately five vehicles from them. Upon visiting them, we felt as though the salesman could have cared less if he found us a car. They were not willing to work with us and we decided to move on. We received a call from Aaron Howard from the above dealership wherein he told us he had the car we were looking for. We would have had to travel 85 miles to get there but after talking with Aaron, we decided to take a trip and see what he had for us. Upon entering the facility, we were greeted by Jose Morales, who made us feel so comfortable and important. He talked with us, sat us down and contacted Aaron to let him know we were there. He always had a smile on his face. Aaron arrived with the car he was showing us and we knew it was the one. He bent over backwards to get us the deal we felt happy with. We purchased the car that night and happily drove the 85 miles home. This is the way a customer should be treated. Everyone at that dealership was outstanding....I wish I could mention all their names as they all deserve recognition. Thank you for everything and you will be our continued dealership for the future. More

Horrible horrible people Horrible horrible people. All they do is lie to you to get you to buy a car and not stand behind there cars. They lied and jacked up the asking price Horrible horrible people. All they do is lie to you to get you to buy a car and not stand behind there cars. They lied and jacked up the asking price of a car to make more money off of us. And when I confronted management about it nothing except more dishonesty and a rude attitude. They don't car anything about there customers or cars. We bought a car pulled in the driveway and the check engine light came on. It wasn't inspected like was told. Not all functions works on car. From there management in sales to there's sales reps are liers have no self respect and care nothing for there customers. Stay away from this place there horrible dishonest people!!!! More
