My speakers have been crackling for more than 6 weeks now, I tried to get it repaired with new FAKRA connectors, but the dealership said they have to recreate the noise in order to order the parts and ma now, I tried to get it repaired with new FAKRA connectors, but the dealership said they have to recreate the noise in order to order the parts and make the repair, of course they couldn’t recreate the noise while I was there and told me to just bring it back in whenever it starts doing it again, I travel a lot for work and I love over an hour away from my dealership, so just “bringing the car back in”, isn’t an easy task. Why does the dealership require themselves to recreate the noise instead of listening to their customer, who spends 10-30 hours a week in their own car?! More

Jose and the entire team do an amazing job! My 2nd MDX. First one was a 2010 and I drove it to 302,000 miles and sold it in a day. Now in a 2023. 300,000k here I come. No way that happens My 2nd MDX. On Wednesday they tested my battery and I was told it was good. On Thursday, the very next day, they said they had to run a diagnostic ($150) and that the battery was no good and needed a new one. So I was good. On Thursday, the very next day, they said they had to run a diagnostic ($150) and that the battery was no good and needed a new one. So I was charged for the diagnostic as well as a new battery ($400+). This is after having to buy a new key fob and paying to have it programmed ($200+) a couple of months ago. I'm the only one looking at the big picture. Jose is wonderful, but something's not right with this car... More
