We purchased a “pre owned” ,”Certified ” 2020 Kia Soul with only 5,037 miles of our operation. The entire engine and AC totally failed and both had to be replaced at our cost of over $8,000 because the or with only 5,037 miles of our operation. We also purchased an extended “Platinum Plus” addition coverage but was also denied because it was still covered by the original warranty? They requested an evaluation of their recent service but they didn’t even do anything to do the requested service Please don’t deal with Greenway Kia North. They don’t even want to help to resolve our situation? We have documented acknowledgment that the 2020 engines’ original design was initially flawed? We were promised a steeling wheel lock for “anti theft” as required for our insurance and a “Second key” but both at as our cost of an additional $500 have not yet been recovered? More
