As for dealership - in the end you guys did work with us to make us happy and I did appreciate. The doc fee is extremely too high!! As for recommending this dealership - facility very nice and clean; staff very friendly; probably not recommend because of doc fees too high but definitely would recommend Joey which results in the dealership win. Joey made the experience painless. Thank you! More

This is the 2nd vehicle that I purchased through Joseph (Joey) Bibb was my sales consultant. He is one of Riverchase Kia's Senior Sales Consultants. This is the 2nd vehicle that I purchased through them, the first was a Rio, and this time it is an Optima. I went in with the Rio at a terrible interest rate due to damaged credit, this time I went in to trade it in and get that rate down. Riverchase Kia looked at my situation and told me what they could do, no pressure, no b.s. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

Most patient Salesman ever I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima EX yesterday and I must say that Joseph Bibb was so patient and caring. He even recommended an insurance company that t I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima EX yesterday and I must say that Joseph Bibb was so patient and caring. He even recommended an insurance company that turned out saving me $40 a month. I feel like he put all of his effort into getting me in the car I wanted with a payment that fit my budget. I had my dad with me and well...lol my dad is one of a kind. He had his little fat dog with him and let her go all over the place. Everyone there was so nice about my silly old dad and his little fat dog. They were giving her water and saying oh she's fine. I LOVE MY NEW KIA! THANK YOU JOSEPH AT RIVERCHASE! More

Wonderful experience!!! My wife and myself began the dreaded search for a good deal on a new car for her. After trying 3 different places we decided to give Riverchase Kia a shot. Joey Bibb was our salesman and he went above and beyond our expectations!! We had a certain car in mind and he didn't try to sell us something different. Joseph and all of the staff at Riverchase Kia were very patient and informative. We had to bring our kids (6&2) with us and all of the staff were great at making us feel welcomed!
