There was absolutely no pressure—just respectful, straightforward conversation to find a price that worked for everyone. The paperwork was fast, and the car detailing and prep were excellent. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Rusnak Genesis for service or purchasing a vehicle—or even just stopping by to enjoy their automated coffee and cappuccino machines and tasty showroom snacks. Simply the very, very best car buying experience I have ever had. I’m about to be 62, and have purchased many cars from many dealers, so I have a lifetime of experience to compare Genesis Ontario to. Not counting the vehicle delivery walkthrough (only the test drive, negotiations and signing) I think I completed my deal in about 90 minutes. While everyone’s experience may differ, at Genesis of Ontario, my experience with Joseph and Ramy was superb. To start, my fiancé was helping me confirm stock of the vehicle I was looking for via telephone. She had all kinds of info after speaking to Ramy, and we drove about 50 minutes to the dealership. The place looked fantastic, top notch! We were greeted at the door by Joseph and after we told him we had spoken to Ramy (who knew what we wanted) we made immediate contact with him. Joseph ran back and forth for us while I tried to make up my mind on color. I was already dead set on model and trim level but I wanted to see three different colors. Joseph never hesitated to ensure we viewed what we wanted. He gave us all the kindness and patience we expected for a major purchase. I had very specific goals set for a vehicle, trim level, cost, payment, trade value, interest rate, length of term etc. All that changed when I saw a glorious 2026 G70 Sport Prestige on the showroom floor. We had already started the qualification process on a lesser vehicle, but I had to admire the beauty of that car on the showroom floor while we waited. Joseph saw us admiring vehicle and asked if we liked it. Still in awe at the vehicle, I said “yeah, I sure do.” Jospeh responded by saying “if you want that, let’s get you in that one.” I laughed, my fiancée laughed, Joseph laughed adding “seriously, I can send you home in that if it’s what you want.” Since I was already there, I figured the worst that could happen was I would go home in the lesser new car I went there to purchase. I already decided the showroom car was out of my reach, but figured I’d let them try. To my utter surprise, after some back and forth, we struck an amazing deal that I absolutely do not regret one bit. Looking back a week later, there is nothing I would have changed about the deal. To me that says a lot. Never, have I ever left a dealership on cloud 9 the way I left Genesis Ontario. I have the utmost appreciation for the treatment and deal I received. There is simply no other vehicle purchase experience in my lifetime I could compare this to. You could say I fell for the “good old upsell” but I will tell you I drove home in the vehicle I really wanted, but didn’t think I could afford. With practical changes to guidelines I had set for myself I left with more than I imagined I could get. Think of it this way: I could have driven away in a lesser car, regretting my choice.
