He honored the deal we discussed over the phone, was encyclopedic in his knowledge of the car (giving me a live demonstration of all the features before we left), did not pressure us about anything, and was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with while working though the paperwork. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years, and Joseph is the best salesman I’ve worked with, would highly recommend asking for him if you go to Genesis of Ontario. The dealership itself is very modern, clean, spacious, and just feels very luxurious. I also worked with Edwin over the phone, and he was great as well. Genesis of Ontario is a best in class dealership. After a few weeks of searching for a specific car, I saw that a used one was posted for sale here.
