Precision Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram responded

We take our reputation and all constructive feedback seriously. As such, we would like to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review. The individual who posted this message did not purchase or lease a vehicle from us. He visited briefly to return a leased vehicle that originated through another dealership. We informed the customer in addition to its being a liability if the vehicle were damaged while storing it, we do not physically have the room to accept lease returns that did not originate here. After politely explaining that the vehicle needed to be returned to the originating dealer for that reason, we were subjected to threats of poor reviews if we did not comply. The comments about our team—particularly our sales manager, Joe Loonam—do not reflect the interaction accurately. Joe has served customers for over 30 years with integrity and professionalism. We remain committed to treating every visitor with respect and providing honest, transparent service. If anyone has questions about lease return policies or our dealership procedures, we welcome them to contact us directly.
