I now understand why this dealership has such a great reputation. I was warmly greeted by John Voight. He showed me the truck I was interested in and offered a test drive which I accepted. At no time did John or Joe employ "hard-sell" techniques or twist my arm to buy add-ons. Both of these gentlemen were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
