Honest company to do business with- a breath of fresh air. My son is looking at another one. I will send him to see Joe. It will be his second one from them. Very pleased. Its a little intimidating with all the sales guys hanging out around the front door, but check out the internet to see inventory, make an appointment and just go in and check in with their receptionist. Easy-peasy. Its no hassle buying. Walk in is tough, not impossible, but tough-know what you want-it's much easier and less stress. Do your homework. More

I was looking for a good deal on a Lexus Gx and found one at automotive avenues. Spoke with Alexis who helped me hold the car and gave me information to get it inspected. When I was ready to purchase the car Melissa and Joseph helped me. Through my whole experience I give it an excellent. Everyone was so helpful to me. Joseph helped me set up the 2 apps on my phone for the car he added oil to my car and took it for a small test drive to make sure it was good because I was planning to drive it back to Boston. I will definitely tell my friends and family about my wonderful experience!!! More

I was disappointed when arriving to take the care home, which was made clear the day prior as to timing and that I would show up with a check. I expected the car off to the site, shiny and ready to go, but the car was not detailed and was dusty and dirty. The salesman was busy getting things in order for me and I was shocked another employee did not come take the car to have it prepped while we wrapped up insurance and paperwork. Finally the car was "cleaned" and returned for me to leave and it was a half-assed cleaning and mind-blowing to see that they did not shine the tires. It is a simple task and cheap expense to make a car look presentable and make buyers feel good about it. More
