Thumbs Up! You guys far exceeded my expectations in going the extra mile. The main reason for bringing the car in was the replacing the air bags (recall issue You guys far exceeded my expectations in going the extra mile. The main reason for bringing the car in was the replacing the air bags (recall issue)! Very pleased that I was able to pickup the car earlier than expected. But besides this I requested that your personnel look to see if they can somehow tighten up the cover (bezel) on my drivers side door handle as it became loose. Well the good news that your technician James Myers were able to screw it back in & @ a minimal cost! And finally it was awesome to see that your technician didn’t a thorough check of my tires & under the hood. (battery, etc.).. Very appreciative on a job well done John Lynam More

New Ford Explorer from Malouf This is our 3rd new Ford purchase from Malouf. I did my share of internet searches and knew what we wanted. Reached out to Marlo Hirshon at Malouf and This is our 3rd new Ford purchase from Malouf. I did my share of internet searches and knew what we wanted. Reached out to Marlo Hirshon at Malouf and let her know. She was off that day but took our call. After dinner, my beautiful bride asked if we could scout cars at Malouf. Off we went. When we thought we found a car, I texted Marlo to let her know we were there and told the manager, she was our rep. She drove over. A couple of test drives later and we secured the deal. Joe gave us a fair price for our trade. Picked car up next day. Marlo spent time with my bride to show her how all the fancy features work. Joe and the finance lady (sorry, forgot her name) were great too. and..... when we went there to pick up car, Marlo was able to get me appointment to get my F150 serviced. One Stop Shopping ! More

Very bad service work and awful customer service Customer be ware! Please consider some other place before you bring your vehicle to Malouf for any service. Very bad job with the worse customer serv Customer be ware! Please consider some other place before you bring your vehicle to Malouf for any service. Very bad job with the worse customer service experience ever. My husband brought my truck for a brake service on March 19 and pick up the next day. It cost us $ 981.30 to replace front rotors with brake pads, repack front bearings and replace passenger side brake caliper and performed brake flush. After driving the truck on Thursday the tire on passenger side shows the brake dust. Brought the truck back to Malouf and Sal said the tire rod is cracked and need to be replace. After my mechanic friend take a look at my truck, there is nothing wrong with the tire rod but the caliper is a rebuilt caliper which look very bad. I went to Malouf this morning and spoke to Joe, showed him the picture of the caliper and the video of the tire. He asked me who change the caliper? I gave him the service paperwork with what was done, he told me to make an appointment to drop the truck, while I was waiting, Joe handed the paperwork over to Sal, and he was very rude to me saying nothing wrong with the caliper and it was replaced. He refuse to listen to any of my explanation or answer my questions, at one point he was very rude telling me: "I don't understand every single word you say! I already told your husband what need to be done!" After put him in the phone with my mechanic friend he finally admitted the caliper they put is not a new one it was rebuilt and the wheel bearing need to be change and the passenger side sway bay end link is broken. This will cost us more than $ 300 to fix it. And he keep insisted will not do anything with the rebuilt caliper. I am sure there will be something else wrong or need to be replace after we bring the truck back to get these extra fix. Very frustrated, for the big dealership with many customer who trusted them, this is how actually they treat the customer. I hope everyone could take a lesson from this and make sure you get the 'new' parts if you do get your service done here. More

My salesman Chris Fitzgerald took his time and explained every nuance of my new Explorer when he delivered it. He was very thorough with his paperwork and made it very easy to understand. Their service is great and very accommodating. All their staff is knowledgeable and honest. They treat their customers like family. I like that very much when I buy a new vehicle and no pressure. I traveled over an hour just to go there when another Ford dealer is 10 minuets away from my house. Definitely worth the trip. More
