Marcus really made the process of leasing my first Lexus an overall great experience. I felt very comfortable from the moment we were greeted. Marcus brought my used (but new to me) car 1 hr45 minutes, to deliver to my house. A couple hours after the car arrived an issue was discovered, I contacted Marcus. Marcus has an excellent attitude, minutes, to deliver to my house. A couple hours after the car arrived an issue was discovered, I contacted Marcus. Marcus has an excellent attitude, didn’t grill me with questions, was professional and willing to correct the problem, quickly! I received the car on Tuesday and the issue was resolved this morning. I would highly recommend Marcus and Jano, Joe and everyone else I had the pleasure of speaking with at Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingham! More

We just bought an NX and a UX from Chris.....After we We just bought an NX and a UX from Chris..... After we bought the NX, we decided to trade in our second vehicle for a new UX; I had shopped around on We just bought an NX and a UX from Chris..... After we bought the NX, we decided to trade in our second vehicle for a new UX; I had shopped around on-line and certainly had other Lexus dealers wooing us. We wanted to buy the second car from Chris after the very comfortable experience we had earlier in the month with the NX purchase. We wanted the UX in green and there weren't any in stock, so Chris managed to find us one in PA and have it shipped to Hingham--absolutely love the UX in green and so glad Chris went the extra mile to find it for us. More
