Service department experience was awful. Very poor communication on the day of service. After arriving to pickup vehicle; waited for 30 minutes for ticket to be written up. Brought in a $10 Very poor communication on the day of service. After arriving to pickup vehicle; waited for 30 minutes for ticket to be written up. Brought in a $100 off coupon (in the morning) but it was not applied to charges. Dealership passes on 3% credit card fee to consumer. Had I known, would have gladly paid with a check. Days after service completed, still waiting on callback on questions and concerns. More
