I had been using the service department at Lexus of Wilmington after we moved our UXH250 from New Jersey, they did an outstanding job. When it came time for us to upgrade to a RX350h it was a no braine Wilmington after we moved our UXH250 from New Jersey, they did an outstanding job. When it came time for us to upgrade to a RX350h it was a no brainer to come here. They had exactly what we were looking for color, interior and options. I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Chris Maranan. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I started with Chris Maranan. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I started with looking at Highlanders and then switched to Lexus. Chris was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. After the first day, I could not decide but Chris was very understanding. During the next week, Chris reached out to ensure I had all the information I needed. There were no pressure tactics. I came back the following week and decided on the TX 500-H. Throughout the sales process, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for instead of trying to push a sale. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Chris made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Even after the sale was complete, Chris reached out to ensure everything was ok. That level of care and professionalism truly sets them apart. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, attentive, and truly committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, I can’t recommend this Chris Maranan highly enough.
