Annual check-up plus new tires The service staff was excellent. Josh, the service rep who helped me, was more than just helpful. He answered all questions and went out of his way, o The service staff was excellent. Josh, the service rep who helped me, was more than just helpful. He answered all questions and went out of his way, on a VERY busy morning, to get me the answeres that I needed. The service time was great and the car came back looking a lot better than when I drive it in to be worked on. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of those who assisted me. It was not about making a buck but rather making sure that my needs and concerns were met. I will be back!! More

Taken advantage of. I was taken advantage of because I am an inexperienced, young, girl. I walked in planning on receiving a prepaid service that I opted for when purchas I was taken advantage of because I am an inexperienced, young, girl. I walked in planning on receiving a prepaid service that I opted for when purchasing my car one year ago and left paying $200 for services I did not really need, because that was “required for my car to be fully maintained and ready to go.” They told me that after only one year, my services had “lapsed.” discounted me only $30 for the service that I originally went in for when I should have been discounted much more. I’m very disappointed and won’t be going back unless I have someone experienced with cars with me so I won’t be taken advantage of. More
