I feel like you we very friendly and honest with me I looked over all the paper work and numbers involved in our trade, all was in order. Everyone had their job and did it well. In April I purchased a 2022 ram, 1500 black widow. Within two weeks, my door light that shines down on the pavement. That is a spider/black widow went out. I came in to customer service and showed them what had happened and they ordered a new part. They advised me the part needed to be ordered from black widow. I stopped in multiple times to check and see if my part had came in. Late and May I stop in and they said a part had arrived, but did not have my name on it, but it was the part that I was needing. They had me schedule an appointment, I scheduled a 7:30 anm appointment, and I drop my vehicle off before the dealership opened. I continue through the day to check my vehicles. GPS location to find that my vehicle was parked out back behind the dealership. At approximately 3:30 that day I went to the dealership to see if my vehicle is ready and they told me they were about to pull it in. The service manager/representative advised they install the part but the door light was not as bright as the passenger side. They said the technician was diagnosing the issue. 15 to 20 minutes later they advised me my vehicle was done. Due to it is still daylight out. I could not tell how well the light was working that was shining on the concrete. Later that night, I went out and open my door to see how bright the light was. It hardly even showed up on the concrete. This is one of the black widow options for both front driver and passenger door. It’s a black widow spider that hologram that shows up on the concrete or whatever surface you’re parked on. The next day I contacted the service department and left a message for the service representative that was working on my vehicle . It is four days later and I still have not received a call. More
