It was a horrible experience. I bought a 2024 Toyota Camry that’s under warranty. The AC is not working and they’re saying I have to pay for it. The communication from the staff has been horrible since I bought my car. Numerous people have not responded to texts, emails nor phone calls. I was only given 1 key fob when I bought the vehicle. I was I bought my car. Numerous people have not responded to texts, emails nor phone calls. I was only given 1 key fob when I bought the vehicle. I was told to put it through my warranty, however I didn't know I was supposed to say that I "lost " a key so they would pay for it. This is fraud. I didn't lie about losing my key. Then I was told they would get me another fob about speaking to the GM. Now, I am having numerous people not respond to me again. I paid A LOT of money for my car! This is not how I should be treated. More
