The entire experience was excellent. Josh was very attentive and took the time to answer any question we had. They were not pushy and allowed my wife and I to make an educated purchase at our own pac attentive and took the time to answer any question we had. I have given this experience with Dave Mungenast Honda a 5, because this was the easiest experience I have ever had with buying a new car. Josh Ulrich and the finanical guy Dave really worked hard to put t 5, because this was the easiest experience I have ever had with buying a new car. Josh Ulrich and the finanical guy Dave really worked hard to put this deal together for me. They knew I wanted this car and they made it happen, in a really short time, they even drove to my husband to get the signitures they needed to get the deal done and I could get my car. Josh explained all the extra features to me and let me demonstrate back to him , so that I really understood how to use these functions. Believe me he really needed patience with that because I am not really that good with navigation things and the in car phone hook up. But, now because of his patience I know how to work all these feaatures. I love my car and I would go to this dealership again and recommend it. Thanks. More

Joshua and Clayton were the ONLY ones who called after my visits to ask if I had any further questions, etc. Also someone from the dealership contacted me to originally thank me for stopping by and then when I brought the car to be sure I was satisfied. The atmosphere was always friendly, everyone could not have been more helpful. I never felt pressured and being a single women buying a car by myself could have been tramatic. I have already recommended the dealership and these salesmen to two friends who are looking to buy new cars. THANKS. . . . . More

The salesperson(Josh)was professional, friendly and most imporant, gave us a feeling of trust and confidence. The trade in price was fair and all the options to buy or lease were detailed for us. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, and the selection of cars at the dealership was good. We did not like the pressure sales on the extended warranty, but the rest of our experience was positiv selection of cars at the dealership was good. I had a very good experience at St. Louis Honda. I looked at and drove several makes over several months. I had no experience with Honda but was impressed with all the features and they had the color looked at and drove several makes over several months. I had no experience with Honda but was impressed with all the features and they had the color I really wanted. Joe Basler was very helpful on my first visit. On my second visit I was still looking but Josh Ulrich was very personable and very helpful in answering all my questions and telling me the advantages in owning a Honda. When I bought and picked up the car, all at the dealership were friendly and very thorough. I have only owned three cars (all new) in my life and had not bought a new car in 25 years so this was a bit of a scary experience since the cars are so different. But, Josh made it easy and I feel very good in the decision I have made. More
