He worked with us and got us the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. The finance guy, Matt, was friendly and informative. The manager, Don, did everything he could to make our experience great. We have found our new Kia dealership! More

Jos Josh did a wonderful job from start to finish. We were referred to Josh at Halleen Kia after shopping at a local Kia dealership in Findlay, Ohio. Josh reviewed the information we received from the Findlay location and quickly identified dishonest salesmanship. He immediately took over our search and landed us in the perfect vehicle that met every spec we were looking for. Josh is personable, honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable of the car industry. Thank you to you and your team, including Jay! It truly was the easiest most convenient and flawless transaction we have ever had! I know where we will be shopping for our future vehicles- and only Josh can take our money! Fast service. No tricks. So we were looking for a used Mini convertible and this dealership happened to have one. We were allowed an amazingly long test drive and Josh was ver So we were looking for a used Mini convertible and this dealership happened to have one. We were allowed an amazingly long test drive and Josh was very knowledgeable about this car even though it’s not his product. Josh said he was a “ car guy” and it showed. He’s is also a very good salesman. We never felt pushed or pressured at all. Josh even continued helping us make the deal even though it was his day off! He was prompt, helpful and courteous.
