The Bell Honda dealership is my favorite in our big city, where there are several. This is in spite of the fact that one Saturday morning around fall 1990 or early 1991, when I was relatively new to Ariz where there are several. This is in spite of the fact that one Saturday morning around fall 1990 or early 1991, when I was relatively new to Arizona, the (former) Bell Honda Sales Manager stepped out in the parking lot and proceeded to bellow at me from a close distance for several minutes, when a few other customers were around. He was clearly not respectful or fair. (I'll skip the long back story.) A few of us longtime area residents know there was a major, formal shakeup at that location in the 1990s due to violations of various company policies. Was this related to incidents like that? From the first interaction with Service Representative Joshua Hansmeier, I've been completely satisfied over several years and feel there's no one better for my needs. He works SO hard but always seems poised and pleasant. I'm no expert in all the technical details, but he knows how to explain everything on my level. And I wish the seating area at Bell Honda was updated with a lot of new, clean furniture and carpeting. It really shows its age. I always need to wait there during the service. A neighbor of mine, who's been happy with Bell Honda for years, feels the same way about the waiting area and our favorite Service Representative, Joshua Hansmeier. I've been to another Honda dealership in the area twice in the past 9 years for routine matters about my CR-V. It seemed well-managed and newer, but too compact compared to Bell Honda. (I'm not usually prone to feeling claustrophobic, but it can happen there.) The employees were very polite and efficient. I won't identify it beyond those words. I bought my very first (pre-owned) Honda at an Albuquerque, NM dealership around 1985 and had an excellent experience, which started a long relationship with your products. It helped to know from the Salesperson that the vehicle was a trade-in from a longtime customer whose family had made many purchases over the years. If I lived less than an 7 hour drive away, I might return there for other purchases, but then the other state's license plate would be another hassle upon returning home. A previous customer I met was right: Perfection Honda was exceptional for many years but has since changed management, etc., from what I've heard. I recommend Honda vehicles, new or pre-owned, and service department every chance I get. More

I stopped by because I was having problems with my Spencer’s on my dashboard and I was told up above my mirror. There was a wire that was broken. Which was untrue. I had the Windshield guy come out an Spencer’s on my dashboard and I was told up above my mirror. There was a wire that was broken. Which was untrue. I had the Windshield guy come out and look at the wire which was bent, so I saved myself $1700. Very disappointed. Losing my trust and dealerships. More
