Faulty oil filter, leaked oil everywhere, this on the first oil change of brand new vehicle. Called service, took 3 calls to have towed. Promised rental car, but forgot to call and arrange. Spent 3 hours first oil change of brand new vehicle. Called service, took 3 calls to have towed. Promised rental car, but forgot to call and arrange. Spent 3 hours at the dealership on Saturday morning while they figured it out and arranged for rental. Told I would be reimbursed for price of Lyft and insurance on rental car, never received. Offered me free oil change, but this is a brand new vehicle and oil changes are covered for the first 30,000 miles! Never again! More
