Our Sales Representative, Joshua Le was amazing! Lexus of Wilmington almost lost our business. We were given an appointment time of 1:00. We arrived at the scheduled time and waited over an Lexus of Wilmington almost lost our business. We were given an appointment time of 1:00. We arrived at the scheduled time and waited over an hour before being helped. We will add, various employees saw us sitting at the door, where we were told to wait, and asked if we were being helped. We appreciated their concerns. My husband was so fed up that we left b4 purchasing with the intention of not returning to Lexus of Wilmington. Fortunately, we returned the next day. Josh Le took great care of us. He was simply AMAZING! He made us feel like “Valued Customers”. Thank You Josh Also, our finance specialist, Djibril Semega, was equally AMAZING! The caring attention he gave us also left us feeling like “ Valued Customers”. He answered every question we asked in detail. Thank You Djibril (DJ)! In these times, the world needs more people like these gentlemen. Our appreciation to them, and everyone concerned if we were being helped.
