I came to the United States of America in September 2007 from my motherland, Thailand, for a cultural exchange program. It's a big decision I made for myself to be here without knowing anyone. I got into the automotive industry after I graduated MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio in 2012. I have a passion for diversity, travel, food, and music. Excellent service, very quick, and very simple I was in and out within an hour of coming in! Josie Middendorf did a wonderful job helping me prepare to get the car set up before I ever physically w I was in and out within an hour of coming in! She was pleasant to work with and explained everything perfectly and with great detail. I will definitely refer my friends to her in the future! Mary Huggins also did a wonderful job getting me set up initially with Josie, after I submitted a credit application online. They are both amazing at their job! More

Simple satisfying buying experience I have brought my odyssey to Roush for the past 15 years for services even though I didn't purchase my car from them the last time. The employee owned I have brought my odyssey to Roush for the past 15 years for services even though I didn't purchase my car from them the last time. The employee owned company concept created a envoitment of motivation and enthusiasm. Since its time for me to buy a new car, it was only natural to purchase from them so I can continue my services with them. I just bought my CRV through Josie. I made it clear to her that I don't enjoy negotiation and will only be willing to spend 2 hours on the process. She made it easy to make all the arrangement with her manager ahead of time. I just came in to test drive and walked away with my new car in that amount of time. Her manager Jim also understood my preference and there is no back and forth deal. I believe he gave me a fair deal with respect to my loyalty to the company. It was overall a great and simple process and experience. More
