Sells faulty cars I bought a car and less than a day later my check engine light comes on so I take it down to service for them to check it out. They said nothing was w I bought a car and less than a day later my check engine light comes on so I take it down to service for them to check it out. They said nothing was wrong and sent me back. Again the next day it comes on again so once again I take it down there, they kept it overnight to check it out then said it was a small problem and they would order the part for it. A week later I called and asked about it and they said they lost my paperwork and would call me back. Never called me back. So again in a week I called again and they said once again “we are sorry miss we will call you back in 20 mins” never called me back. The next day I called again demanding to speak to a manager about it and he said the guy that was helping me quit and they never ordered my part but he would in that moment. I was livid because I bought this car in hopes that I would have a good trust worthy car. Even got a warranty for a reason and they decide to push me to the side and help me whenever they feel like it. So the manager told me he would call me back Friday and it’s not Saturday and I’ve received nothing. Next step I’m taking is cooperate. Don’t buy a car from this company, they are a scam, also while in the service center I could hear the employees laughing and talking about a customer right next to me! Talking about how they are gonna “make sure her warranty doesn’t pay for the issues and how they don’t want to help her because of her voice” etc. horrible horrible service and I’m telling everyone I know to not go to this location or better yet any lithia in the area because they are all trash. Fix my xxxxxxx car like your supposed to. More

Painless I appreciated my saleman’s patience with me. I told him I was in no hurry to buy but wanted something by summer, 8 months away. After I told Juan that I didn’t know how many pounds the trailer would be that I planned to tow, he suggested that I pick out a trailer first so I would know what size car to buy. Since I was there though, I wanted to see what different models cost and Juan was happy to show them to me and explain the features. Not once did he ask me any of those silly salesman questions. I left feeling like I had a good idea of the features I wanted in a car and the approximate cost. Five days later, I bought a Honda Pilot EXL. More

I have been eyeing the 2018 Honda Civic type r for sometime now and they helped me through the process of obtaining one. This was the 3rd car I bought through them and have to say the customer service and professionalism was outstanding. There knowledge about the financing process was very firm and there was no transparency in the deal at all. They were willing to work with us on every level to accommodate our needs. Shout out to Billy Day, probably the one of the salesmen and person while we’re at that I have dealt with! More
