I have always being a fan of engines, such inclination took me to be in the aviation field for period of times during my early 20's before I settled in the automotive business and since I have not stopped to have nothing but a thrilling experience with great personal reward. Amongst the brands I have been fortunate to have worked with I can recall SMART, HONDA, FIAT, ALFA-ROMEO, MASERATI, FERRARI AND FCA in general. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever been to. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Prior to my arrival I replaced my air filter and my cabin air filter with new ones that I purchased at to. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Prior to my arrival I replaced my air filter and my cabin air filter with new ones that I purchased at Advance Auto. When the service advisor came to tell me that my vehicle was finished. He told me that after the multi-point inspection my vehicle needed an air filter and a cabin filter. I asked him if they physically checked those two filters and he stated yes they did, they are both dirty and need to be changed. I then proceeded to tell him that I just changed both of those filters an hour before arriving at the dealer. He just said they need to be changed and walked away from me. I can only imagine how many people especially senior citizens might be being told similar things and having unnecessary work performed on their vehicles by this dealership. It is a shame because it is a beautiful dealership and the owner seems like a nice guy. Unfortunately this is very dishonest and I don't think I will ever be going to that dealership again. Later on in the day I did speak with the service department manager. He did acknowledge and apologize but that doesn't take away from the fact that it happened and probably does on a regular basis. I would not go there for service ever again I don't even know if I really have synthetic oil in my car at this point they might have used conventional oil. More

Juan Flores is one of the service managers there at Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram and he's relatively new at the time of this review. After having been there a few times, Juan can often be found st Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram and he's relatively new at the time of this review. After having been there a few times, Juan can often be found standing outside where we pull our vehicles in greeting customers and watching his employees and how they interact with the customers. I've met with Juan on a few occasions and he's a genuinely nice guy who seems to really care about his clientele. He has a very peaceable personality, is soft-spoken, and tends to very easily bring calm to whatever situation he's contending with. As a customer, it's easier for me to have faith in a dealership that has managers standing out on the service lines, overseeing employees, and doing his best to ensure good customer service. I can't ask for more from anyone so I'm completely satisfied with this dealership and the service I receive when taking my vehicle in. More
