First time working with this dealership and my overall experience was a great one! Juan has a fun and outgoing personality, he’s easy to work with, and he never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable at anytime during the process. The environment at DeMontrond was very welcoming; everyone I encountered was a joy to talk to…especially Gilbert in Finance (very pleasant, down-to-earth, and an overall great guy). My husband and I have decided that we will continue to do business with this dealership in the future; yes they know how to sell vehicles, but more importantly, they know how to connect with People and they provided us with great customer service…and that’s their secret ingredient!!
