All of the Starling staff were Excellent to work with; from first contact with Steve, thru Jonathan and Juan on pick up day, all knew their jobs and made it a great experience. Daniel was very professional/knowledgeable about available products, but not overwhelming or hi pressure. Even Nate played a part by taking an incoming call and being aware of my sale and situation, and saved the day by getting my driver to return with my phone. All in all a truly enjoyable experience. Starling GMC made every effort to assure the vehicle I ordered was delievered with all options as expected and within the time promised. The Suburban I was driving was 30 years old.
