     Some of the contact forms failed so I submitted several requests. I did finally receive a response from a salesperson with a decent quote. I notified

I notified them I would be reviewing the numbers and would get back to them. Within a few days I reached back out to negotiate some of the numbers to close the deal and was completely ghosted. I sent multiple emails and never received a response. A simple "no, this is our best price" would have at least given me some respect for their team, but completely ignoring a customer is downright rude.

    2 years ago we purchased a previously owned Toyota Tundra
     2017 at Royal Tucson AutoMall location. It was pleasant, effecient and took a minimum amount of time. Excellent service since.  Those reasons are why

Steven Saul went right to work once we selected a vehicle. Steven was very thorough to go over all details with us clearly. My husband & I have been married 51 years and purchased several vehicles. We both agree that this transaction was even better than our transaction 2 years ago, which was a pretty good one. It's so refreshing and encouraging to have experienced 2 of our best vehicle transactions at Royal dealerships.
