Judd was great to work with, I was referred to him by a co-worker from work and when I called him prior to entering the dealership he was extremely helpful and willing to help me with my new vehicle purcha co-worker from work and when I called him prior to entering the dealership he was extremely helpful and willing to help me with my new vehicle purchase. He was able to balance multiple customers at the same time without making anyone wait and was very polite. Judd gave me a no haggle attitude on the price, I didn't spend 3 weeks going back and forth on the price of the vehicle, when it came to buying the vehicle the paperwork was ready and I was out the door in 45 minutes. Anytime I had a question I was able to reach him on his cell phone and his response time to getting back to me was great. No complaints, it ended up being a great experience and I feel like I got a great car for the price I could afford. More

I was in the market for a Ford F-150. After being so turned off my another local dealer, I decided I still wanted my first Ford F-150 but was not going to deal with a sales associate. I looked at all dealer stock in Omaha, CB, Des Moines, Sioux City and KC. I was willing to drive to save. I emailed dealers in all cities mentioned...and Judd had the best deal by 2 thousand dollars. I went to the dealership, met Judd, he showed me the truck and I came back and picked it up a few days after. Judd's no pressure approach was just what I was looking for. I do not know if this is always his approach or he picked up on my anger from the other dealership. Anyway, he knew I did not want to be be hauled into an office to meet his manager. And, this never happened! Judd has there to answer all my questions after the sale and I would recommend this dealership and sales associate to my family and friends! More
