Great Customer service My girlfriend and i just came in to look for a possible trade for our 2015 toyota rav4. Wesley LaRocque approached us in a friendly manner and took us in to see our options. We went in and talked about a 2018 Silverado. Juliano Kerzazi and Wesley Helped us until we were satisfied and we traded in the rav4 for a 2018 chevy silverado. The whole experience was so smooth i would recommend Family Toyota Of Arlington to whomever i know that is thinking of purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle and highly recommend Wesley LaRocque And his manager Juliano Kerzazi. What started as a good experience quickly turned bad. Victoria made things very easy. The finance department however, is a real nightmare. They were suppose to issue a check. What should have been an easy process took over a month to be resolved. Had to go the dealership multiple times only to be told it was not ready. Had it been the other way around, I am sure they wouldn't of been so understanding. More
