My husband and I have been Lia Toyota customers for many years. We've bought several cars from them over the years and have always been satisfied with their sales and service department. Recently we made an appointment with service writer Justin Cole regarding my 2017 Rav4 (which I bought from Lia Toyota) to address the battery bracket recall. I could not be happier dealing with Justin, as he pointed out to me and my husband very important services that we could actually see that needed our attention immediately. After getting the car back, we immediately saw the improvement in how it drove. THANK YOU JUSTIN COLE :). More
